Mattie Engel ’12 graduated from Pitzer with a degree in English and World Literature: Creative Writing, and a minor in Spanish. She also holds 10 years of admission experience from Pitzer and Colorado College, specializing in equity, access, and the on-campus visitation experience. She has read over 15,000 college applications and now serves as a senior college counselor for College Solutions. She is the proud mother of a two-year-old son and lives in Colorado. She strives to keep students on track through a highly organized process that identifies and meets students where they are.

Margaret Bolton Baudinet is the owner and chief executive officer of College Solutions. Originally from Alabama, Margaret graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in political and literary thought, finishing her academic tenure with research at Oxford University. She has five years of admission experience with UVA, specializing in legacy admissions. She's worked as an IEC for ten years and served on selection committees for the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation and UVA's Jefferson Scholarship Foundation. Margaret is the proud mother of seven-year-old quintuplets and a new baby girl. As a mother and college advisor, she strives to see the whole person—motivations, fears, blindspots, and goals.
