OIS celebrates Annual Sports Day 2023!
Oxford International School has just celebrated Annual Sports Day amidst all the festivity and euphoria along with the stirred-up zeal of our youngster athletes with the precious presence of our honourable chief guest Md. Ashraf Ali Khan Khasru, MP, State Minister, Ministry of Social Welfare. We also appreciate the kind presence of Bijoy Kumer Debnath, PS to Minister, Ministry of Social Welfare; Major General A K M Abdur Rahman (Retd); Syed Istiaque Reza, CEO & Editor in Chief, Global Television; Md Humayun Kobir, Deputy Secretary, (Project Director-LEDP) ICT, Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and IT as our special guests. We were delighted to have the presence of our honourable Director, Tooba Arbab, our honourable CEO, Mohammad Abu Kayes Jahadi, our honourable Principal Dr M Nurun Nabi and Respected Vice Principals.
Students from all five campuses have mesmerized the spectators with their fantastic, energetic, and colourful display. Accompanying our lovely students, our dearest parents also enjoyed thoroughly the whole day participating all the events with great enthusiasm and determination for the triumph.
The program culminated with the National Anthem, following the tradition of flaming the Olympic Torch and was inaugurated with flying colourful balloons by our honourable guests. The event namely 'Dress as you like' added an extra feather to this day through the creativity of our little champs and youngsters.
We congratulate our honourable convenor Ms Sharmin Mahmud, VP of Middle School, Main Campus whose guidance and supervision made this day an enormous success.
