ITALIAN PASTRY CREAM & CHANTILLY CREAM RECIPE:    • Italian Pastry Cream & Chantilly Crea...  

INGREDIENTS:
*For the Vanilla Cake:
(All the ingredients here are all doubled because I made two large cakes)

480 grams all purpose flour (x2)
16 grams baking powder (x2)
a pinch of salt (x2)
4 large eggs - room temperature (x2)
360 grams white sugar (x2)
400 grams milk - room temperature (x2)
150 grams any flavorless oil (x2)
2 tsp vanilla extract (x2)

*For the filling & frosting:

*For the decorations:
assorted fresh fruits
You can decorate your cake however you want.

Here I used 40x30 cm both for the baking pans and cake boards.
While for the numbers, I manually cut them out.

Note: Always store your cake inside the fridge for atleast 2 hours before serving, much better overnight because it tastes better the day after making it.
