This is so far the most challenging functional strength exercise I have ever conceptualized, and it is now my all-time favourite functional strength exercise, and the best full body exercise in my personal repertoire. I have no idea what this combination exercise is called, or if this full combination of functional strength body movements has a prior existence in the realms of resistance training. If somebody knows, I hope they will tell me in the comments. This exercise can be done with a multigrip bar, or with a barbell. It could also be done with dumbbells, but that would make the degree of difficulty significantly harder.
This channel exists to help people discover the abundance of fun and interesting exercises and circuit training methods that can be done with basic equipment. I started uploading my home workouts every day starting on the 5th of June 2025. My channel is rapidly becoming an undiscovered gold mine of unique and unconventional training methods, unique and unconventional exercises, some possible brand new exercises, as well as many conventional exercises. This is all regardless of the fact that my equipment setup is very simple and limited. I hope that everyone who visits my channel will discover something that is new and enjoyable, and beneficial for health and longevity.
Resistance training is my passion since the age of 14, and I want my content to be my life's work. I mostly use adjustable dumbbells, and a multigrip bar. I also sometimes use resistance bands, power twisters, bodyweight exercises, and hand grippers, and more. I post a new workout video every day. I train for health first, performance second, and aesthetics third. I'm natural for life. I want to be a successful content creator, and I am prepared to keep making workout videos for as long as it takes. In the long run, I want to inspire people to do more resistance training, for as long as I can.
"Thank God I'm training for health first, strength second, and looks third" -attributed to Charles Atlas, (according to some fitness sites).
