Screen Printing on a Tote Bag

First key thing to realize is that the aluminum screen printing frame with not be burned like the average t-shirt printing frame. The design must be printed inverted, or reversed, otherwise the design will be upside down.

After you have burned the screen, center it on your platen, load the plastisol ink you desire, and use spray adhesive on the screen printing platen. Then you should be ready to print.
