Video of Michael Evanko fly fishing for winter brook trout on a backwater tributary water located in Berks County, Pennsylvania. He did not fish this stream prior to the filming of this video. This stream is located in a remote part of the county and required almost a one mile hike to start fishing. The water temperatures at the time of filming were close to 40 degrees and the air temperatures were around 35 degrees. The temps leading up to this day of fishing had held steady in the mid-30s. The nymph used in this video is a pattern that Evanko calls the Pink Ferrari and was tied with standard pink rubber legs. This video was shot on Saturday, January 19, 2019 and was solo filmed.
