Ginataang Bilo-Bilo

Gata have:

400ml pack Coco Mama Fresh Gata
2 pandan leaves
¼ cup white sugar
2 small saging na saba, sliced
30 pieces bilo-bilo (glutinous rice balls)
¼ cup fresh langka strips or bottled sweetened langka
¼ cup cooked white sago
1 cup water

For the bilo-bilo:
1 ½ cups glutinous rice flour (giniling na malagkit)
½ cup water or more if needed

Gata cook!

Step 1: Combine water and malagkit. Mix well. Using your palms, form 1 teaspoon of dough into bilo-bilo. Cover and set aside until ready to cook.

Step 2: In a medium-sized pot, pour in water and Coco Mama Fresh Gata. Tie pandan leaves and drop into the mixture. Add in sugar and saging na saba. Bring to a boil.

Step 3: Drop in bilo-bilo one by one. Bring to a boil. Continue cooking for 10 to 15 minutes or until bilo-bilo starts to float.

Step 4: Add langka and sago. Continue to cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
