Large Heavy Bottom Pot, I prefer Cast Iron
3 Cups Bread Flour
1 package Rapid Rise Yeast
2 Tsp salt
1-1/2 cups warm water
Parchment paper for baking
Directions
*Add flour, salt and yeast to bowl and stir to mix
*Add 1-1/2 cup water and stir mixture until dough ball forms and all flour is incorporated
*Cover with plate or plastic wrap and let proof for 2 to 3 hours until the dough has at least doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Place covered pot in oven and pre heat for 30 minutes
Turn out the dough ball into the center of lightly floured parchment paper
Remove pot from oven and place dough on the parchment paper in the center of the pot. Cover pot and bake for 30 minutes
Remove lid from pot and bake an additional 12 minutes
Remove bread from pot and place on cooling rack for 15 - 20 minutes before cutting
