Wanted a nice dinner with her when we were staying at Opero Hotel so I found this joint, opened sometime last Oct at some remote parts of JB.

I love my smoked and BBQ meats so I had high expectations. The meats were darn good but a little on the pricey side. But smoked meats are never easy, if you watch Barbeque Showdown on Netflix you'll know how hard it is to smoked a short rib or brisket. At least 8 hours!
