Hey! Spent my birthday (September 18) canyoneering at Kawasan in Cebu!! What a fun and exciting experience!

The heights of the jumps are just approximations (according to our guide) basta mataas!!

Lots of travel groups around the area will offer you a tour but I suggest you go to the one in front of the church since the trail ends there.

You'll have to ride a habal-habal to the mountain where the briefing will take place and then there's a short hike to the start of the canyon! You won't be allowed to bring a bag but you can bring your phone as long as it's in a waterproof case. Make sure you drink lots of water before riding the habal because the trek will be hot as in I thought I was going to faint from overheating lol. Bring money too! There are food stalls mid-way.
