Open the photo you want to edit.

Go to the top menu and select "Filter," then choose "Neural Filters."

In the neural filter dialog, find the "makeup transfer feature."

Pick a reference image showing the lipstick look you want.

Click the folder icon to choose the reference image from your computer.

Watch as Photoshop applies the lipstick to your photo.

In the "output" section, select "smart filter" to allow future adjustments.

If makeup was applied to the eyes by mistake, use the brush tool with black color to hide it. Use white to reveal the effect.
