Our flat face mask product line is manufactured for the fast production of a large quantity of flat mask. It contains 4 main units: raw material feeding, slice forming machine, distributing machine, ear loop welding and stacking machine. All the units work together full automatically with color touch screen controls.
Basic description on model YX-FM160 face masks making line:
1) It is well designed with qualified technology to achieve a stable industrial mask production. The raw material rolls are
delivered by the rotating wheels which have tension controls to achieve a very flat mask.
2) Photoelectric detection on all rolls, the master controller will stop the machine and remind the operator in case of material
running out.
3) The slice forming machine contains folding, flattening, nasal line feeding and cutting, mask forming and cutting.
4) The mask slice distribution machine distributes to 1 to 4 lines automatically through the conveyor belts.
5) Ear loop welding machine cuts, positions the ear loop line and welds it through digital ultrasonic. The ear loop line
arrangement unit puts the lines into the main rnask range which enables the masks to be packaged in a standard size.
6) The MCS unit counts the mask numbers of each production cycle and stacks each package in a certain quantity according to the
program setting and then delivers to the collecting belt for manual or automatic packing.
