Most of the sellers on Amazon offer manufacturer warranties such as 1 year, 2 years or more. Obviously you can always return or exchange defective products within the 1-month or other specified return window. But do these sellers actually honor their warranties beyond the 1-month return period? Based on our personal experiences, these are hits and misses, some do some don't. But what HiSEEu. So here's the background. We purchased the 8-channel camera & NVR system in August of 2019. There was no product issues or defects since them except a defective power supply adapter which they replaced during the Amazon 30-day return window, which was no biggies, since all sellers will have to honor it, otherwise buyers will just return the product for a refund.

About 7 months after we purchased the system, one of our cameras malfunctioned. After a lengthy self-diagnosis by moving the defective camera around and switching it with other working cameras, we concluded that the camera was in fact defective.

So we sent email to HiSEEu product & technical support for a warranty replacement. This was in April 2020, during the height of Covid-19 Coronavirus pandemic. There was no response for days, so we sent several more emails to a bunch of people at Amazon Hiseeu such Johnny, Alex, Saul, Cindy, Love, and even sent to overseas in China. No one responded.

So we sent an email (using an anonymous email address) to Sales Department at Hiseeu to inquire about the discount. They responded within the hour.

Finally someone at Hiseeu did respond to our email and sent us the replacement camera right away.

Understandably during the height of the pandemic everything was crazy, but we do hope however that now we've adjusting to living in the pandemic world, that the customer service, technical and product support at Hiseeu is back to normal.

In short, the answer to the question, does Hiseeu seller on Amazon honor its 1-year warranty, the answer is a resounding yes.

Before purchasing Hiseeu system, we also researched other comparable products and brands such as SimpliCam, Lorex, Ring, Wyze Cam, Arlo, Nest, Blink, Swan, Eufy, Zmodo, Ecobe, PoE systems and more. But Hiseeu systems are the most affordable and the best bang for the bucks.
