In this episode, I'm joined by Alan Barton, owner and founder of MotorClass Premium Vehicles. Alan shares that when you’re building a business, you naturally find that there are things that you're very, very good at. It's good to run with those things to build a foundation for your business, but you also need to revisit the things you're not so good at.

Alan also talks about sales. He’s learning how different people think and the importance of being able to communicate what matters. He is learning many things about business; when you learn something, you get excited and obsessed with it. Alan describes himself as an articulate person, quite outspoken, and comfortable conversing with anybody. He’s good at communicating. He has an ambition to be more outspoken, and this is the reason he has his Instagram platform. He wants to help other people.
