Catching hungry Fall Mountain Pike | Fall Fly Fishing for northern Pike

Jo guys, what's poppin?! In this short video I went fly fishing for pike with a friend of mine!
We went to a lake none of us has ever fished at before. Our goal was catching hungry fall mountain pike. Fall fly fishing for northern pike is truly something special because pike really start to feed before the cold winter!
As soon as we got to the lake and saw it for the first time we knew it was going to be a great day of fly fishing! We instantly saw a lot of small bait fish and a few perch. Within the first few hours we got an insane amount of strikes and followers. As soon as the sun came out the fishing slowed down but we still managed to get another strike! I really hope this wasn't the last time pike fly fishing for this year.
These mountain pike are exceptionally beautiful in fall!
