Fixing Flat Tractor Tire and Repainting the Wheel

Right now my Allis Chalmers D17 tractor is broke down. So it is a perfect time to replace a leaky inner tube in the front tire and repaint the wheel Allis Chalmers Orange. I shouldn't have any more flat tires after this.
