Early morning street photography with my Nikon ZF and 40mm lens – back to the nooks and crannies of Post Horse Lane. As Guangzhou was awakening the local Youtiao makers were hard at work – making long deep-fried sticks of dough. I got to see for the first time how these morning snacks are made from scratch and, in addition to imbibing on more than a handful of them, managed to capture a few good shots.
