I am clarifying here that after the driving incident I did call the Sheriff's office and a female deputy responded. She then displayed a lot of anger, even after she witnessed the video. She accused me of reckless driving, even after witnessing the video on my iPhone. She in turn went and told him to place on injunction on me. I spoke with her supervisor later and showed him that she was lying about me being reckless. He also saw the video and I pointed to the speed I was traveling. From my perspective, when I pointed to the speed recorded by GPS his reaction was that he was shocked! Regardless, that got nowhere and all harassments continued.

The mailbox post was work by Trent, the neighbor that I fought with. It was gifted to them by him. So you can make the connection there yourself. If Law Enforcement and the Judiciary makes harassment OK. Don't expect it to stop. Even if it is illegal.

About the incident with their adult son, in the report they stated that only I was asked about the affidavit to decline to prosecute. But, that is not true! The deputies who responded clearly threatened me with arrest. And therefore forced me to not prosecute, I wanted to prosecute. I had removed the SD card from camera to take some recordings and, therefore there was no recording of this day.

At the time I only one 360 degree camera and I had placed in the rear of the vehicle, and sometimes it could not record clearly the front because of reflection of the sunlight. That's why I don't have the roadway driving forward clearly. Also, the camera was misaligned because I had been cleaning the vehicle inside and out earlier and I had bumped it out of alignment. After I showered I was driving to the store to buy water and that is when I encountered them. After I returned I called the sheriff's office to report this problem. Just after this report they was placed an injunction on me.

The trespass was issued after my parents had been walking. I was told by my parents, who never involved themselves with anyone, speak or solicit anything from anyone, that he then fraudulently acted "very scared" and walked into that lot that my parents owned. They said nothing and just informed me of the trespass. My parents then took pictures of him, the signs were posted there from a long time before. I went back there and took one picture to show that signs have been posted. I called the sheriff's department and had that trespass warning issued. All the videos at the end were routinely taken, but they happened all year around.

They did not work so they simply woke up early to harass me and agitate me just before I went to work. If you pay attention to their camera activation you can see that it is not simply motion activated, but it's activated by the user. Foot traffic is minimal and even then it's not being turned on.

In these interactions there were only few deputies that actually did their job with honesty and without bias. Their names are on the trespass notice, but there were some others. But the majority were biased and always manipulated the situation against my favor, although the evidence supported otherwise and I readily provided it to law enforcement, and it was available for the courts just as I am making it available here right now.
