First Start After Overhaul BMW M57

It is time for the first start, after the overhaul of this BMW M57 diesel engine. In this video, we going to show, how to remove the problematic swirl flaps in the intake manifold. Issue with all the BMW M57 and M47 engines ( with some minor exceptions ). After that, we going to do the initial crank up, so to gain some oil pressure. And finally we going to try to start up this BMW M57.
In this video, I'm going to talk little bit about, the break-in process.
The car which we are working on : BMW E63 M57TU2D30 TOP ( 306D5 ) 286 hp.
