DIY ~ GREY WATER TANK ~ Empty Your Grey Water Tank Without Removing Your Tank

The one con to this grey water tank is that it is virtually impossible to clean! After a year or so it will begin to smell quite bad! At that time you will need to install a new tank. Our next tank we will be installing a 5 or 7 gallon bucket( easy to remove lid and clean) One tip to keep the smell down is to install a pee trap and try to keep greasy liquids from entering the tank.

We get asked quite often where we got our round fresh water tank... it was given to us! Here is a link to the closest we could find.... this tank is actually better because it has a valve at the bottom making it possible to flush your tank every so often.
