Hi guys! Today I am finally sharing a health related update. As many of you know, I deal with PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) which is a very severe case of PMS. In this video, I share symptoms, what led up to my diagnosis, my frustrations with options/ accessibility to natural remedies, how I manage symptoms and treatment for PMDD. In addition to PMDD, I share my experience with seasonal depression and anxiety and what my thoughts are after starting the SSRI antidepressant, Zoloft (sertaline) in combination with therapy (better help).
