The new Title IX regulations will require substantial changes in how colleges and universities address formal complaints of sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence and gender-based stalking, the most dramatic of which will involve live hearings with cross-examination.

In the 4th webinar in the series from UVM's Legal Issues in Higher Education Conference, panelists helped participants to understand the new procedural requirements in depth, and provided practical suggestions on how institutions can manage hearings in a way that is as equitable and respectful as possible.
