US Senator Threatens Sanctions Over ICC Arrest Warrants

Famous Republican blowhard, Lindsay Graham, has threatened economic sanctions against any country which carries out the ICC arrest warrants. A futile gesture because no country which is prepared to execute the warrants will be in a position to do so. Also, Trump has promised those economic sanctions anyway, regardless of this latest meltdown. But what if Trump adds disowning the ICC to his list of demands for not applying tariffs?
