RESTORATION: Rusty PVC Pipe Cutter Restoration

Hi guys in this video i have restored a Rusty PVC pipe cutter in a cool way to entertain you guys.The cutter was too rusty and i find it from scrap store and it wasn't easy to restore it.I used a simple method to disassemble and grind the blade to look like chrome color and sharped it.

For removing rust i used H2SO4 and it was not concentrated and this dangerous chemical is capable of corroding skin, paper, metals, and even stone in some cases. If sulfuric acid makes direct contact with the eyes, it can cause permanent blindness.So, be very careful i don't recommend you to do it.

After 5 minutes of rubbing steel wire brush i dried the parts and ready to primer after primer i sand the parts with 120P Grit and then 320P after that was ready to be paint with my favorite color after painting i also baked the painted parts for 20 minutes at 100 degree Centigrade which i didn't show in video after that the result is in front of you.Personally i really liked this result!
