1, Android auto works by bluetooth and 5GHz WiFi, so your phone's WiFi should be on, some Android phone needs to enable "Mobile data always on" in developer options;
2, Google voice assistant should be activated;
3, Use your iphone bluetooth to pair Maxca unit (bluetooth pairing is like a key), no need to connect WiFi manually, make sure you unpair the BT helmet or any other bluetooth devices like smart watch on your phone, better delete them
4, If you have a Huawei (EMUI), make sure the WiFi is opened and not connecting to any WiFi router, then use bluetooth to pair C5 pro


iPhone--Apple carplay
1, CarPlay actually works by 5G WiFi, so your phone's WiFi should be on;
2, Siri voice assistant should be activated;
3, Use your iphone bluetooth to pair Maxca unit (bluetooth pairing is like a key), make sure you unpair the BT helmet or any other bluetooth devices like smart watch on your phone, better delete them
4, Confirm use Carplay when the unit pops up "use CarPlay" on iPhone
