Kalbi Recipe
Ingredients:
-For the marinade
1 cup shoyu https://amzn.to/2VT0Zso
1 cup brown sugar https://amzn.to/3ezmc0T
¼ cup mirin https://amzn.to/3znjgwF
1 teaspoon sesame oil https://amzn.to/3is8wGd
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1 inch knob of ginger, sliced

-For the kalbi
2 pounds Korean style cut short ribs

-Garnishes
Green onion, sliced
Toasted sesame seeds https://amzn.to/3wRSCKG

Directions:
1. For the marinade: To a medium bowl add shoyu, sugar, mirin, sesame oil, garlic, green onion, onion, and ginger. Mix until well combined.
2. For the kalbi: Add short short ribs to a zip top bag and pour in the marinade. Close and set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours up to overnight.
3. Heat grill to medium high. Spray grill racks with nonstick cooking spray. Remove short ribs from marinade and place over the flames. Grill for 3-5 minutes on each side.
4. Remove from the grill and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. ENJOY!
