💚 Ingredients:
2 cups baby spinach leaves (stems removed)
1-1/2 cups cubed paneer (or firm tofu for a vegan option)
1 cup besan (gram flour)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/8 tsp asafetida
Water as needed

📝 Method:
1. Remove the spinach stems. For larger leaves, cut them in half.
2. Mix spinach, paneer, salt, cumin, coriander, asafetida, and besan in a bowl. Gradually add water to form a lumpy batter.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Test the oil with a drop of batter; it should rise without changing color immediately.
4. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the oil and fry until light brown. Turn them occasionally for even cooking. Ensure the pakoras cook thoroughly for a crispy texture.
