X68000 Expert - PSU Refurb and Internal Inspection

Will this PC X68000 Expert power on without too much fuss? I have a go at repairing the Japanese computer's original PSU. Then we decide it'll be better to put together a new power supply that also runs off Australian mains power. Building the X68000 PicoPSU V3. We also get inside to clean up the logic boards and look for damage.
