Uttara Residential Model Town (3rd phase)
Present Position of the Project :
Site development: About 92% site development work is completed. Remaining works shall be completed by March,2018.

Road Construction: 85% Road work already completed. Remaining work shall be completed by March,2018.

Bridge Work: Out of 12 Bridges 10 Bridges works are completed. Related works of remaining two Bridges shall be completed by December,2017.

Lake Development and Protection: Out of 12 lakes 3 lakes are completed overall progress is 70%. Remaining work shall be completed by December,2017.

Utility services:
Electricity: Dhaka Electricity Supply Co. (DESCO) is being doing the electrification work of the project area as deposit work. Electric poles are installed in all sectors. DESCO authority will take necessary action to connect & supply of electricity as per allotee's demand.

Water Supply: Dhaka WASA will execute the water supply pipe line network and water supply work as deposit work. Construction of deep tube well and pipe line network will start soon. WASA is committed to complete the work by June,2018.

Gas Supply: Gas line installation work will be executed with the consultation of TITAS Gas Co.

Plot Handing Over: About 6,500 residential plots have been handed over to the respective allottees. Remaining plots will be handed over gradually at the earliest possible time.

Project completion: Target has been fixed to complete project in all aspect by June,2018.
