El Capitan: No packages were eligible for install-Fix

Fixes the "install failed" and "No packages were eligible for install" error while installing macOS El Capitan with Internet Recovery by setting the date back to the year 2014 with a quick Terminal command. PLEASE HAVE A BACKUP BEFORE FOLLOWING THIS PROCEDURE.

One of our viewers (Clinton W Salvato) has a more straightforward solution: "I was able to confirm that Apple has re-issued their installers with new certs: People can get a fresh copy of El Capitan here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT206886 It will bring down the OSInstall dmg. Simply run the installer pkg and it will create the installer App in /Applications. Then create boot media as normal, or run the installer as usual to upgrade the machine."
