Second explosion rips through Texas chemical plant

Video captured the moment a second explosion occurred at a chemical plant in Texas, hours after an initial blast injured three workers and blew out the windows and doors of nearby homes.

The second explosion caught on various cameras shows debris being thrown into the air before landing back on ground before dark smoke billows into the air.

According to officials, all three workers who were injured earlier in the day have since been released from hospital.
