As part of the first online event to introduce the 3D'omics project and to potentially reach some good candidates to join us in the various locations, we had Antton Alberdi introduce the project. Then, some partners also introduced their labs, role in the project, and what candidates and skills they are looking for to join their teams to contribute to this exciting project.
In this video, Urvish Trivedi, Assistant Professor at the section of Microbiology, and Antton Alberdi, Associate Professor at the Center for Evolutionary Hologenomics at the University of Copenhagen tell us about their research groups, and the work they do in microscopy, and host and microbiome genomics and transcriptomics.
For 3D'omics they will be working on generating microscope images and genomic and transcriptomic data.
So, they are looking for people with experience in imaging and nucleic acid extraction and preparation for NGS.
