Day 9 – May 10, 2024
Brian Albert is the former homeowner of 34 Fairview Rd and retired Boston Police Officer. On January 28th, 2022, he drove home from New York where he was attending a funeral for a fallen police officer. Brian Higgins was driving, Kevin Albert (brother) and friend, Eddie Hernandez were also in the vehicle. Upon arriving back to Canton, both Brians go to the Hillside and then both end up at the Waterfall with the rest of the crew. After the commotion outside his home on the 29th, Brian did not feel the need to look around at his front yard or ask any questions of police.
