Unique Montgomery Traction Elevators - 120 N LaSalle in Chicago, IL

Описание к видео Unique Montgomery Traction Elevators - 120 N LaSalle in Chicago, IL

This is 120 NORTH LaSalle, not to be confused with 120 SOUTH LaSalle. This building contains a low-rise bank serving floors 8 through 21 and a high-rise bank serving floors 24 through 38, not sure what's on floors 2 through 7, 22, and 23. I figured out that these are Montgomery Traction after seeing the fixtures and hearing the floor-passing chime that sounded very similar to other Montgomery Elevators.

My Thoughts:
These are the most interesting Montgomeries I've ever seen. First comes the pretty unique floor-passing chime. Then it's the HUGE call button in the lobby that spiced everything up. The overall cab is very well-designed and well-kept. However, the indicator seems a bit glitchy when it's changing floors, which isn't really a big deal as long as it is doesn't completely break down. Anyways, these are very beautiful elevators.

Got a request for an elevator/train ride in the Chicagoland area?
Comment down below!

Some things to know when requesting:
Only one request biweekly
Ride the Rail requests that take longer than 30 minutes to get from one station to another will take about 2 to 3 weeks to process
Elevator requests of residential complexes may not be guaranteed
If I happen to film your requested residential complex, it will be uploaded as an undisclosed location and I will not mention who requested that
