INGREDIENTS
Boiled noodles (IBG Eggless)​ 12 oz
Shredded cabbage​ 1.5 oz
Shredded carrot​ 0.75 oz
Shredded green pepper ​1.25 oz
Sliced red onion​ 1.25 oz
Bean sprouts​ 1 oz
Diced Napa cabbage ​4 oz
Shredded celery​ 1oz
Diced Green Onion​ 2 tbsp
Salt​1/3 tsp
IBG Soya Sauce​ 1 tsp
White pepper powder​pinch

My name is Bijesh Sur, i'm the corporate chef of Inchin's bamboo garden. first let me take off my mask a little easier for me to talk.
if you see i have got all the ingredients in front of me, the best results although you can use any other noodles but the best result what you can get for the hakka noodles is our Inchin's brand: eggless noodles. which you get in all our stores. with the noodles what you have to do is you have to boil the noodles take hot water boiling water, drop the noodle balls and let it disintegrate and once done just take it out with a fork take it out and see if it's cooked throw it in iced water and wash it and then you can spray it with some a little bit of oil on top of that. like i have already got some boiled noodles with me over here like which i have done let's start with the cabbage! okay so basically you take the cabbage and cut it into half. remove the stem and just cut it into strips okay, now bell peppers, red onions

you also have to use napa cabbage the kappa cabbage we have cut into dices and the best flavor which gives for this kind of hakka noodles is the chinese celery, bean sprouts are one of the very prominent vegetables which goes for the hakka noodles. first you have to switch on the fire then pan it could be a nonstick pan, try to make it very hot initially take some paper oil some plain vegetable oil put it on your pan then slowly you start putting all your vegetables, the bell peppers, carrots, bean sprout goes inside then you put the nappa cabbage and then this now you sauté your vegetables make sure that you do this in a very high heat higher the heat the vegetables will get cooked faster but they will still be crunchy, you get the sizzling that sound from here then you put the noodles, try to break any lumps if you have any lumps just be careful, spread them all around and to season what you need is a good sauce and the best sauce we have is the ibg brand soy sauce which you get in all our restaurants so you drop some soy sauce in it, the salt a little bit of white pepper, about half a teaspoon of white pepper the flavor of the vegetables it is going inside the noodles, keep stirring it but don't overdo it try to spread it out as much as possible it is difficult for you to spread it out like this you can use one more spoon and you can just lift it up and drop it back again i know you guys must be hungry it's time to take out your vegetable hakka noodles so just remove it put it in a bowl

nice and easy you see all the noodles they're still long and the napa cabbage the regular cabbage the bean sprouts the carrots the bell peppers wow it's ready to eat thank you so much i will see you next time!
