Hi All! While visiting with my Aunt Doris in West Virginia, her sister Dorothy gave me her recipe for Apple Cinnamon Jelly. It is delicious so I had to share this with you all.

4 Cups Apple Juice
1 package of powdered pectin (1.75 oz box)
1/2 Cup of Red Hots Candies
4 1/2 Cups of Sugar

1. Combine Apple Juice, pectin and red hots in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil stirring consistantly. Candies should be melted at this point. (optional, you can add the red hots when you add sugar)

2. Add sugar and bring back to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.

3. Pour into hot steralized jars. Clean jar rims and add lids. Process jelly for 5 minutes in a water bath canner.

This recipe makes about 6 half-pint jars
