This versatile camera can even be used for imaging deep space objects such as galaxies and nebulas thanks to its long 10-minute maximum exposure time, and it can capture quick exposures as short as 20ms. Since the StarShoot AutoGuider Pro Mono Astrophotography Camera features a monochrome imaging chip, you can control and experiment with different balances of LRGB and narrowband filters to accentuate details.
The included Orion AstroCap software is packed with capture features such as focus aids, histogram, exposure and gain settings, auto dark frame removal, and more. Compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 10 (32 bit & 64 bit). Includes ASCOM driver.
This multipurpose performer comes with a host of useful items including a 1.25" nosepiece threaded for use with like-sized filters, a parfocal ring to aid in matching eyepiece focus to camera focus, USB cable, secure RJ-11 autoguider cable, and a nice foam-lined tin case for safe storage and transport.
