We recently visited Rivington Brewing near Chorley, Lancashire, known for its picturesque taproom on a farm by a large reservoir. The stunning location is just as appealing as their delicious beer. So we sat down with founder, Ben, and brewery manager, Jack, to hear the Rivvy story and find out how they turned a working farm into one of the coolest taprooms in the country.
