What is Coffee Cupping? (Cupping Process Explained)

What does cupping coffee mean and what is it? In this video we discuss cupping and what purpose it serves in the coffee industry. Cupping is a term you may have heard being used and often wondered what that means. Cupping coffee is a process that we use to help analyze and judge the coffee that we roast week to week as well as assess new beans for potential use. We explain the process in this video but cupping is something you really have to try to wrap your head around and understand its use.
