Jabra Elite 75t left earbud doesn't turn on (and solution)

My left earbud didn't turned on anymore when I get him out of the case.

The solution was resetting the case.
I had contact with Jabra support and got these instructions:

1. Open the charging case and remove the earbuds. Store the buds in a safe place.
2. Leave the case open, empty, and plugged in for 3 hours using the supplied USB cable and the power supply or a wall charger with a standard voltage of 5v +- 0.25v.
(Note: It is not recommended to charge the earbuds/case using a power supply with a higher voltage)
3. After unplugging the charging case, place earbuds into charging case and close the case
4. Allow the earbuds to charge for at least 3 hours to receive a full charge.
