Achievement | Destroyer Of Worlds
Description | Had maximum negative reputation with 3 factions

You can check your Status with each faction in the Menu under 
CHARACTER | REPUTATION

If you want to get this out of the way and not be labelled an ass-hole the whole game you can just make a SAVE, then go to 3 factions and shoot up the place until their "Negative" Reputation is at least 75%.
​
Leave that area and travel to another until the cheev pops while destroying faction #3
​
You can see an example of this in the video above

*Remember to make a NEW SAVE after killing all those "enemies" so that they register for the other achievements, then Re-load the old SAVE you made before going murder crazy for this cheev so that you can go back to playing normally!
