Columbus police investigating crash involving officer that was captured on dash-cam video

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Serious questions follow a violent wreck involving a Columbus police cruiser.

Dash-cam video shows the moments an officer smashed into a vehicle at a downtown intersection early Monday morning.

Several people were hurt, including that officer. The question ABC 6 is working to answer is whether the officer was distracted when he sped into the intersection, slamming right into the passenger side of the other vehicle.
