Here is another short video of a tile roof repair we did in Aliso Viejo, Ca.

The roof we are working on is a standard weight, concrete tile roof that is very popular here in southern California. The manufacture is Monier which is located locally here in southern California.

These roofs can easily last 50+ years if properly maintained and repaired.

In the video we show how much extra work it takes to remove the old sealant from around your plumbing and heating flashings.

But, in the end its worth it because it's done right. Just putting new caulking right over the old caulking is a bad idea because the old caulking keeps peeling off.

Also shown is the finished installation of a skylight and small tile roof leak repair at the bottom edge of the tile roof.
