Singapore Cancer Society: Celebrating 60 Years of Cancer Prevention, Care, and Community Impact

In 2024, we celebrate 60 years of the Singapore Cancer Society’s (SCS) legacy in minimising cancer and maximising lives. Explore our milestones over the years, in the key areas of our work: Cancer prevention, cancer care and support, and rallying the community.

Since our founding in 1965, SCS has been at the forefront of cancer prevention. From launching Singapore’s first cancer education campaign to offering critical cancer screening services, we know that early detection can save lives.

We provide vital cancer care and support, ensuring that we're here for patients and their families from start to finish. The Survivorship Centre and the NCCS-SCS Rehabilitation Centre are just a few examples of our commitment to comprehensive cancer care.

Finally, we rally the community to stand in support of the cancer community - because no one should fight this disease alone.
