Held 14th to 16th August 2009 at JCB Hall, Tokyo.

Sadly, possibly due to the low sales of the previous years DVD, the 2009 DVD was extremely pared back to a single DVD covering 2 titles.
As a consequence, we only see 26 matches from across the 3rd Strike tournament compared to the 123 matches from 2008.
