The "MEAT LOCKER" Is Here! Offset Vertical Cabinet Smoker

The "Meat Locker" is both an offset smoker and a vertical cabinet smoker all rolled into one. The fire box is a 24" diameter x 30" long x 3/8" thick pipe, wrapped in a 2" thick ceramic fiber insulating blanket. The fire box also incorporates our standard adjustable air intake, which allows you adjust air flow to help maintain steady temps. as well as keeping the fire door closed, which minimizes heat loss. The outer shell of the fire box is constructed from 3/16" plate steel. The cook chamber measures 48" Long x 24" Deep x 36" Tall for a total of 4,869 square inches of cooking surface.The Meat Locker is made from 1/4" thick hot rolled steel. The Meat Locker also has an internal fully adjustable baffle system designed to tame hot spots, and allow you to fine tune for even consistent cooking across all cooking grates. All hinges and brackets are laser cut from 1/4" hot rolled steel. We will be taking orders for the "MEAT LOCKER" early 2025!
