2024 Ranger Raptor Performance Transformation: Process West Intake, Intercooler, Charge Pipes & More

In today's video, we're taking a break from Buttercup and having some fun with the 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor.We're installing a bunch of mods from Process West, including an air intake, charge pipes, an intercooler, and a crossover pipe. Before diving in, we do a baseline draggy test to compare the results in a later video.

I will also show you the size difference between the stock intercooler and Stage one and Stage two Process West intercoolers. The Process West one is much larger, providing better airflow, but it requires removing the factory shutter system.

Finally, we fire it up to hear that awesome new sound and check out the performance. The red charge pipes look fantastic, and the intake sounds great. I plan to add a tune soon and test the performance improvements. Stay tuned for part two, where we'll do some draggy hits and more off-roading fun.
