BFD - Tanker 614 Structure Fire Response *Helmet Cam*

Friday afternoon, BFD B-Shift was dispatched as automatic aid to Salem Volunteer Fire Department for a reported residential structure fire in the 2900 block of Lee Rd 254. Additional updates stated that the caller was a passerby who was stating the house was fully engulfed.

Upon arrival, firefighters found a large two story residential structure fully engulfed and nearly on the ground. Firefighters quickly deployed two handlines and began extinguishing the bulk of the fire. It was determined that no one was home when the fire occurred. BFD also assisted with mobile water supply operations while on scene. No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is undetermined at this time.

Beulah Fire Department responded with four apparatus, four personnel, and was on scene for approximately two and a half hours before returning to service. Lee County Sheriffs Office, and Lee County EMA also responded to the scene.
