I Completed Blenheim Palace Triathlon 2022! | Here's what happened

At the end of May 2022, I took part in the Blenheim Palace Triathlon, my third ever triathlon and fourth multi-sport event. This was my first open water event too, which was a little scary. I shot this video before, during and after the event so you can see me at all stages.
