In this video I expose At Boshoff's arrogant and nasty attitude towards people who disagree with him. He arrogantly tells people who disagree with him that he hears God at a level that they won't (ever). He calls people in his church enemies of the cross. He displays an incredibly rude and loveless attitude towards people in his church.

The Bible consistently emphasizes humility as a foundational trait of godly leadership. True leaders, according to Scripture, are not marked by pride, arrogance, or a desire for personal glory, but by a servant-hearted humility that mirrors the example of Christ. In Philippians 2:3–4, Paul writes, "Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others." This posture of putting others first is essential for leaders who seek to honor God rather than themselves.

Jesus Himself is the ultimate model of humble leadership. In Matthew 20:25–28, He teaches His disciples, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them... It shall not be so among you. But whoever would be great among you must be your servant.” Christ, though fully God, humbled Himself to serve others—even to the point of dying on the cross (Philippians 2:8). This sets the tone for Christian leadership: it’s not about power or position, but about service and sacrifice.

Peter also exhorts church leaders to lead with humility in 1 Peter 5:2–3, saying, "Shepherd the flock of God that is among you... not domineering over those in your charge, but being examples to the flock." And in the very next verse, he adds, “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.” This warning should sober every leader. God actively resists proud leaders but graciously supports those who walk humbly before Him and their people.

In sum, biblical leadership is not a platform for self-exaltation. It is a call to serve, to lower oneself, and to lead by example. The humble leader reflects the character of Christ, listens well, corrects gently, and depends on God rather than their own strength.
